We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives.
An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.
At Nuvia, our Social Media Engagement Specialist is proactive, a self-starter who has a flexible work approach.
They are motivated, energetic, collaborative and have a can do attitude.
This position is responsible for managing engagement in the SML MKR Club along with all social platforms as needed in a timely, professional manner.
Being a team player that assists in tackling any new objective or obstacles.
This is a full time remote position and will require after hours & weekends.
(Wednesday-Sunday) Starting pay is $20

Help manage SML MKR Club pending posts, membership requests, monitoring comments, and overall health of the Club.
Including answering 101 member questions and deleting problematic comments, or removing trouble-making members All platform's social media engagement (as needed) Join daily engagement huddle (weekdays only) Assist in managing all platform's posts and giveaway posts (as needed) Work with SML Ambassadors to answer questions in SML MKR Club (if/as needed) Work with Kalie regarding medical questions and answers Share Nuvia posts to SML MKR Club as needed Work with team in Project Online Pulse Channel to get assistance on pending posts as needed Keep team updated on any issues that arise in SML MKR Club Comments go to DM DM engagement that follows sales framework Following Setter mentality (sales) and preset script when engaging via Direct Messenger Job Requirements:
Great customer service skills Ability to work within integrity and provide the best experience for our potential patients Excellent written communication skills A proactive self-starter with a flexible work approach and a motivated, energetic, can-do attitude Professional presentation/work approach and a helpful, supportive spirit.
Vibrant personality; ability to build strong relationships with patients via social media MVP Teamwork and empathy! Possess the ability to listen to clients' needs and provide solutions.
- Patient obsession!- Ability to work independently and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a high workflow of engagement.
This position is available to approve and monitor posts and comments during the weekend.
