Summary:
The Unified Communications Product Owner will work with the VP of Product and Software to manage CallTower's relationship with its UCaaS vendors.
The Product Owner will ensure that the CallTower team can adequately sell, implement, and support each UCaaS product offered.
Position
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage strategic product-related engagements, commitments, and escalations.
Ensure that SKUs (pricing and costs) are current based on latest price sheets from vendors Perform relevant market research, product research, feature research, competitor research, and more.
Initiate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with each vendor to determine overall relationship health and set measurable goals for the quarter.
Work with internal teams to ensure processes are well documented and team members have adequate training to perform tasks efficiently and well.
Ensure all vendor certifications are maintained by CallTower team members Help manage the relationship between CallTower and its hardware vendors Essential skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.

years of product management experience in working with UCaaS products A deep understanding of telecom and UCaaS Enthusiasm, resilience, and efficient working styles in a fast-paced, evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Strong verbal and presentation skills with consultative professional business acumen.
Experience with Cisco Webex, Zoom Phone, Microsoft Operator Connect or Microsoft Direct Routing is required Knowledge with CCaaS products such as Five9, Webex Contact Center, or Intermedia Contact Center is a plus Continuously work with all departments to improve products based on user feedback and evolving market needs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
