Exceptions Analyst ***UTAH RESIDENTS ONLY***

This is a contract with a great organization.
As a contractor for Smith Johnson, you are eligible for medical, dental, life, disability and a matching retirement plan.
Smith Johnson pays for 70% of your medical and dental and 100% of life and disability.
The contract also includes 16 hours for PTO accrued a month.
You are also eligible for a matching 3% retirement.

Job DescriptionThe Exceptions Planning Analyst prepares exceptions to the meetinghouse annual plan and coordinates other funding requests to be presented to the Physical Facilities Advisory Committee, the Presiding Bishopric, and the Budget and Appropriations Committee.
This is a 1-year long headquarters contract position with the possibility of extending for an additional year at the end of the contract.
Responsibilities Based on processes and guidelines, analyze and validate worldwide requests submitted for PFAC/BAC consideration, and write executive summaries for upper management, providing supporting documentation and determine appropriate funding sources Coordinate agenda items submitted for PFAC/BAC by Real Estate Services and Account Management and provide second review and consultation support Organize the PFAC agenda each week and schedule DTAs and department directors to present agenda items Validate BRASS entries submitted by international areas for committee items Assist in preparing the MFD and SPD managing directors for BAC meetings.
This may entail preparing PowerPoint presentations, contacting areas or other headquarters departments for additional information, obtaining maps, providing membership & attendance graphs, and consulting Internet resources.
Maintain tracking logs of all requests processed including additional funds approved from the reserves Educate and train area personnel worldwide regarding the exception process and function as the first contact for assisting areas with request submissions Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree in business management, communications, or related field Four years work experience preferred Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to condense large amounts of information into a concise format Ability to analyze information and apply department policies to make decisions Excellent organizational and time management skills along with flexibility in adapting to last-minute changes Ability to communicate effectively with people across all levels of the organization including those in senior management positions Skilled at use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Departmental resources such as SharePoint, DecisionPoint, GPM, PF Maps, MRT, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
