Responsibilities:
Evaluate project requirements, including materials, labor, and equipment needs.
Develop project plans, including timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation.
Supervise and lead roofing crews, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
Maintain open lines of communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure that roofing work meets industry standards and company quality guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of three years' experience in commercial roofing.
Adept IT skills.
Proficient understanding of commercial roofing products and installation.
An outgoing personality that thrives in relationship-building.
