Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties Assist with maintenance improvement projects Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy Perform work order requests Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal PI32607452-25448-27eb0e25c12d Recommended Skills Customer Service Maintenance Problem Solving Team Working Snow Removal Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
