Salt Lake City (Hybrid remote) Salary Expectation $75k to 90k perm Job Description The BPM will oversee technical support services that include troubleshooting high complexity issues, problem resolution, and maintenance, and handles escalated, complex issues and refers to the application development team when necessary.
This individual will serve as a liaison between the business unit and technology, and will plan, test and executes projects and supports day-to-day operations.
Required Skills 8 years' experience of being a BPM or similar.
5 years of Management/ Supervisory experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong ability to review and analyze data; identify and resolve problems.
