Responsibilities:
Develop expertise on in-house applications.
Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure.
L1/L2/L3 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle Package install, upgrades in different environments.
Co-ordinate with L1/L2/L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.
Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.
Support L1/L2/L3 team during implementation.
Primary Skill:
Education:
Computer Science (BE / BTech / MTech / MS).
ASP.
net, C#, VB Script, Java Script.
Database:
Sybase/DB2/SQL server.
Experience in production support, design, development, testing, deployment of applications using MS SQL , C#, ASP.
NET, MVC, WCF, JQuery, AJAX, XML, NET WebForms, Entity Framework, Enterprise manager, Javascript, MS SQL Server.
Experience in latest.
NET frameworks.
