We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist our Director of Construction get new stores up and running.
The Construction Coordinator will assist in the management of all tasks - from lease execution through to the completion of construction.
What You'll Do:
Work with permitting consultants to obtain permits within scheduled time frames.
Work with landlords to manage turnover timelines and obtain plan approval.
Provide updates to the Director of Construction on possible gains or losses on restaurant weeks via ability to start construction.
Communicate and set up all vendors.
Work with Director of construction to obtain signage approval from landlord and work with the internal team to ensure timely submittal.
Manage utility company approvals and timelines.
Assist with invoicing and updating all cost projections.
Assist with architect submittals and timelines.
Assist with all construction and vendor bids.
Assist with construction budgeting and cost trends Who You Are:
Someone with at least two years experience in construction or like field A team player with good communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite Organized and diligent with following-up.
