Human Resources Partner

The HR Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with caregivers and leaders in their hospitals.
The HR Partner is a transformational leader focusing on planning, prioritization, execution, and measurement to implement strategic plans within the organization.
HR Partner serves as a consultant to Regional Medical Directors (RMDs), Vice Presidents of Clinical Services, Medical Directors (MDs) and Hospital Directors (HDs) human resources-related issues.
The successful HR Partner will act as an employee champion and change agent.
The HR Partner builds partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to HDs, MDs, CMs and caregivers that reflect the objectives of the organization.
HR partners typically serve as the primary HR point of contact for up to 350 caregivers throughout multiple locations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coaches leaders on the timely processing and accurate completion of status changes and other related forms and documents.
Works with payroll to ensure the timely submission, processing and problem resolution of payroll and related changes.
Educates leaders and caregivers about company policies and guidelines, including compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, terminations, training programs, and related documents.
Supports implementation of all employee experience programs, processes and other initiatives, including delivery and training to caregivers.
Supports the recruiting team with internal or external recruiting resources and support for new employee on-boarding.
Provides support to managers on employee relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws.
Acts as a single point-of-contact for HDs, MDs, and Clinical Managers at respective locations.
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks, in alignment with the broader HR organization.
Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of local, state and federal legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to HDs, MDs, and Managers (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with leaders and caregivers to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Uses data to guide decisions on retention strategies and works with leaders to identify, address and reduce turnover.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
PHR, SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
Experience in the healthcare and/or veterinary profession is a plus but not required.
In addition, this position requires:
Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
