The ability to build andmaintain relationships with others, identify and communicate technology gaps and assess data to effectively problem solve are keys tosuccess.

Experience:
Required:
High School Diploma/GED; completion of some college or Associate's degree in GIS, Cartography, MIS or Computer Science and a minimum of two (2) years' GIS experiencePreferred:
Bachelor's degree in GIS, Cartography, MIS or Computer Science, a minimum of four (4) years' GIS experience anda minimum of two (2) years' energy industry experienceOther Requirements:
o Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityo Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skillso Demonstrates ability to learn new software skillso Experience with ArcGIS applications and tools, especially ArcGIS Proo Preferred:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
