Facilities Planning Analyst


Job Description:
Plans the utilization of space and facilities for the company consistent with requirements of organizational efficiency, available facilities.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate moves within operating departments.
Analyzing space to determine the department in which the space will meet the demands.
Evaluate current state and forecast space demand based upon departmental needs, both historic and current, and report how this impacts utilization rates and available space.
Track moves to include terminations, new hires, etc within the facilities database including updating and monitoring of database.
Calculate space utilization rates by area and develop reporting.
Education and
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of planning experienced.
A minimum of a high school diploma.
Proficient in Excel.
Recommended Skills Calculations Databases Forecasting Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
