Marketing Operations Manager
Compensation:
$90-100k base salaryOur client is a start-up that accelerates consumer brands through strategy and operations.
They are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who will be a key member of the marketing team.
They will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, coordinating cross-functional activities, and project-managing key initiatives.
This role will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, providing strategic support in their ambitious growth journey.
Responsibilities Oversee and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all initiatives are launched on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate cross-functional activities between various marketing teams, agencies, and third-party vendors.
Functions include but are not limited to email/SMS marketing, paid search, paid social, SEO/blog content, and graphic design.
Act as project manager for key initiatives, closely tracking deadlines, budgets, and KPIs.
Collaborate with the analytics team to develop insightful performance reports, track metrics, and analyze data to guide future marketing strategies.
Assist in marketing strategy development and planning, working closely with the Chief Growth Officer.
Manage internal and external expectations and communications related to marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement organizational processes & systems to improve operational efficiencies for the marketing team, including content storage/organization and workflow management.
Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in marketing operations, coordination, or project management, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and Meta platforms is a plus.
Experience in managing cross-functional marketing initiatives and coordinating with external vendors/agencies.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring and analyzing ROI.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
