Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Job Description In a highly visible and newly created role the Life Sciences -Manufacturing Industry Lead will be a part of our North America Team.
You will drive revenue growth and opportunity support for Business Applications in the Life Sciences Industry focusing on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
You will design and communicate industry solution offerings to Prospects, Clients, Microsoft, Avanade Regions, and Accenture!As a thought leader, you will establish and develop the existing capabilities, positioning Avanade as an innovator for customers and partners alike.
Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Industry Lead, and in close partnership with the Global and Regional Solution Area Offering Leads, and our broader portfolio, you will envision and develop innovative solutions/services propositions and products for enterprise clients.
You will drive cutting edge evolution in their application and data portfolios!In this role, you will:
Create differentiated propositions, sales accelerators, and solution content relevant to the industry.
Work with prospects and clients to envision their organizations business operations within the Microsoft Business Applications solution set Drive Avanade's Go-to market position in Life Sciences in North America Assist Solution Architects and PreSales Architects in solutioning, demonstrating, and commercial crafting Be a career advisor to area industry PreSales Architect(s) and a mentor to the surrounding life sciences community Develop an industry community and knowledge base within Avanade for Life Sciences Develop & execute a market penetration plan with Microsoft Sellers, Avanade regional teams, and Accenture Be a primary advocate for the industry and solutions internally and externally Lead Go to market activities such as webinars and industry events You will effectively partner directly with our Accenture and Microsoft parent companies to achieve possible business outcomes.

oA broad understanding of manufacturing requirements within Life SciencesoEstablished experience with enterprise level ERP and/or CRM systems relevant to manufacturingoCollaboration with leadership teams in the development and production of Industry segment focused offeringsoActing as a conduit between technology and the business outcome deliveredoExperience collaborating with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including significant experience with offshore teams and deliveryoKnowledge of opportunities and risks associated with large scale, complex projects for your enterprise clientsoYou likely possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Health, or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
oRelevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, creation, delivery, and business managementoProven people leadership experience within a consultancyCompensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
