Job Description:
Our client is scaling up and needing a Sr.
Compensation Analyst to help design and administer compensation packages that align with company objectives.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
design pay structures, compensation budgets, research and analysis on market's compensation trends, and making decisions to support company policy and budgetary parameters.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience and be knowledgeable with Mercer Surveys and Reports.
Required Skills:

years of related Compensation Analyst experience Experience with ADP Experience with designing and administering compensation programs Demonstrated history of working in an enterprise level environment Hands-on experience working within budgetary guidelines Experience with research and analysis on pay structure competitiveness Exhibits strong communications, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills Bonus/Soft Skills:
