You will be joining a global community of over 1,000 ERP consultants at Avanade.
We have been recognized as Microsoft's Global Alliance Partner of the Year in 17 out of the last 20 years.
As a senior ERP developer, you and your team will be responsible for transforming functional designs into deployable code to implement customizations to Microsoft's base D365FO solutions, leading data migrations from legacy business systems and implementing integrations between D365FO and other third-party systems and services.
You will play a key role in analyzing performance issues in the ERP system and troubleshooting issues encountered during functional, integration and acceptance testing.
You will have the opportunity to lead geographically distributed development teams.
Your skills You are a highly experienced professional and you have probably worked in a relevant field at a top tier Microsoft ERP implementation partner with proven technical leadership of multiple successful D365FO implementations.

Your experience includes (below aligns with Snr Con):
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in full cycle ERP implementations.
At least 5 years experience in developing for D365FO or 6 years combined D365FO and AX 2012 including:
Microsoft SQL Server Report Services (SSRS) based reports within D365FO and/or reports based on the Microsoft Power BI platform.
Integrations with external applications, systems or web services particularly using web API based integrations.
Build and release management using Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Services.
Data migration from legacy or third-party systems into D365FO.
Requirements gathering or developing user stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders in ERP implementation projects.
Writing technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements or in collaboration with the client and Avanade team.
At least 2 years of experience with using Azure Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake) to support the implementation of D365FO.
Working and integrating with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Commerce, Customer Engagement, Field Service, Project Operations and Sales, leveraging Power Platform, Dataverse and Dual-Write.
At least 3 years of experience leading and mentoring junior developers and performing code reviews, defining, and implementing code branching and merging.
