Day Shift Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Thursday - Saturday 6am - 6:
30pm, plus additional 4hr shift to be definedWage Range:
$32/hr - $36/hrSweet Candy Company is looking for a highly motivated, experienced manufacturing production maintenance technician to join our night shift maintenance team.
The ideal candidate can balance a primary focus on automation with a well-rounded mechanical skillset.
Strong communication skills, ability to lead by example, willingness to work some overtime, and shift flexibility are highly desired.

Qualifications:
oStrong background in troubleshooting factory automation systems including knowledge of controls, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, and pneumaticsoExperience in troubleshooting electrical control circuits including knowledge of AC/DC and facility equipment wiringo3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of CPG or industrial manufacturing equipment in a similar environmentoMechanical experience in troubleshooting and repair of pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, valvesoStrong knowledge of LOTO proceduresoDemonstrates strong skills in communication, leadership, and trainingoCustomer service and continuous improvement mindsetoMS Office Recommended Skills Automation Business Process Improvement Communication Customer Service Electrical Wirings Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
