Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for and oversees the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all the yard and facilities used by A-Core Concrete Cutting at our Murray, Utah headquarters.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of the facilities Proactively does preventative maintenance on facilities Supervises and directs one employee to assist in the facilities and maintenance duties Via instruction from leadership executes special projects and builds Duties/
Responsibilities:
General care and maintenance of all A-Core grounds and buildings Inspects and performs maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of tools and supplies needed to maintain yard and facilities Provides recommendations for purchases and improvements for yard and facilities Collaborates with appropriate management staff to determine priorities and execute work Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities:
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained Valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle record (MVR) Ability to maintain basic records and warranties Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites Ability to work outside in hot or cold environments Ability to safely operate electric/gas powered tools.

Previous
Experience:
Experience managing facilities, equipment, and events for a construction type company preferred Experience with landscaping and snow removal General carpentry, electrical, and plumbing knowledge General Handyman experience strongly preferred Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds periodically Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment Must be able to stand for long periods of time and able to work in inclement weather Must be able to perform physical labor Recommended Skills Carpentry Construction Curiosity Event Management Landscaping Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
