American Stone is looking to hire a full-time Operations Coordinator and Assistant to the CEO.

We take pride in our friendly company culture and are looking for more to join us!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE STAR STONE OPERATIONS COORDINATORWorks directly with and for American Stone's CEO as well as supports his senior staff as needed.
You'll handle the CEO's correspondence; draft letters and documents; initiate telecommunications, manage calendars, meetings, etc.
You'll interface with regulatory agencies on behalf of, and to follow up on, tasks pertaining to all aspects of company operation.
You'll prioritize work to be done by the company's stone quarries based on store demand.
As a fleet manager, you'll work with service providers to maintain and ensure proper operating office equipment, yard equipment, and vehicles; and you'll assist in managing delivery dispatch from quarries to customers and stores.
You'll manage schedules, communications, priorities, customer relations, and support services, as well as contributing to the cultural and organizational improvement of the company.
You assist the CEO in support tasks with an upbeat attitude and a smile.
You feel great satisfaction through seeing how much you help keep our operations running smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, such as sitting for extended periods of time Prior experience in managing at least a small team, creating standard operating procedures High level of organizational and time management ability:
capable of scheduling, supply management, preparing travel logistics, follow up in a timely and organized manner.
Excellent technical writing ability.
Bachelors degree in logistics, English, communications, business management, or professional secretarial degree required, but significant experience and a high-scoring pre-interview assessment could allow us to waive this requirement Ability to pass drug screening The ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
