Your SkillsYou are a highly experienced professional and you have probably worked in a relevant field at a top tier Microsoft ERP implementation partner with proven technical leadership of multiple successful D365FO implementations.
You are an effective communicator to the full spectrum of our clients:
explaining the fine details of software development best practices to our clients' development teams to distilling complex technical concepts to the C-suite to help them make critical business decisions.
Your experience will also include:
Technical lead on large-scale, complex and strategically important business transformational projects, with rigorous project implementation and application lifecycle management methodologies and not just limited to the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Key technical thought leadership role on multiple full cycle implementations D365FO or Dynamics AX.
Participation in the ERP implementation workshops:
planning and leading technical workshops across all technical workstreams including integrations and data migrations, leading fit/gap analysis, creation of the inventory of development items covering Workflow, Reports, Integrations, data Conversion and Extensions (WRICE).
Providing technical leadership, oversight and direction to the joint partner-client D365FO functional and technical teams during design, build and test.
D365FO development team lead or the escalation point for the development team lead.
In-depth expertise in development, test (unit, functional, integration and acceptance) and deployment of extensions.
Leading performance troubleshooting and improvement of the D365FO solution covering the D365FO base application and platform and implementation specific customizations.
In-depth experience with modern integration patterns including implementation of web API integrations with diverse third-party applications be they in the Cloud or on-premises.
and other Microsoft Business Applications micro-services like Intelligent Order Management and Planning Optimization Service.
Establish global ERP architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines and applications.
Reviews technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and requirements traceability.
Support the sales team with proposal and solution development and shaping deals, with accountability for overall estimates.
Define how we measure business and operations success and validate ERP system performance.
Supporting clients with adoption ERP standards and preparing them to fully leverage the ERP solution by setting up training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities within their organizations.

Preferred Years of Work
Experience:
At least 10 years of relevant work experience in full cycle ERP implementations with 5
years in D365FO technical architecture.
At least 10 years of object-oriented software development in X++,.
NET and optionally C#.
At least 10 years of experience of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services.
At least 3 years of development experience with the Microsoft stack underpinning D365FO Cloud including but not limited to Azure services (e.
g.
Data Factory, Data Lake, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Synapse), Power Platform, Power BI.
At least 5 years of managing large geographically distributed software development teams.
