Maintain accurate tracking of all event proceedings, including donations, sales, inventory and the event set-up itself.
Ensure that customer has a positive experience throughout the ongoing customer relationship Shadow Event Managers to gain leadership skills and develop a concrete understanding of our non-profit partners and their outreach programs Communicate, engage, and provide potential donors and customers with information on our non-profit partners Display active listening skills, perceive emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathize with customers to enhance an overall positive experience Answer all questions may arise in a professional and informative manner Our Entry Level Business Development Representative Must have:
