As a Quality Assurance Analyst you'll play a vital role at VYE Consulting.
Your job will be to review and assess completed projects, identifying bugs and inadequacies.
You will be the go-to-person for everything involving a project's completion.
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive and driven individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions.
Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Quality Assurance Analyst should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are hiring someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning.
If you're certified, that's a plus! The Quality Assurance Analyst will work alongside other Salesforce project managers and report directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:
Be knowledgeable of the Salesforce functionalities (custom objects/fields creation, flows configuration, reporting and dashboards) Work with the QA team to detect any defects in system development Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to):
Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports Monitor user adoption Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Perform other administrative tasks as requested by the CEO and/or DOO
Qualifications:
Ability to retain, explain and troubleshoot the functionality of our platform Strong people skills Ability to effectively work in a team environment Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision and use discretion to solve problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite Salesforce product knowledge and certificate are a plus What You'll Get At VYE Consulting, you can expect to join a warm and welcoming team in a business that wants you to succeed.
