Join the team and see for yourself!!Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our fast growing marketing team.
As a Search Engine Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing campaigns across various platforms.
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and have a strong proficiency in ad management, ecommerce marketing, landing page creation, conversion rate optimization, and HubSpot.
This is a hybrid position based out of our headquarters in Kaysville, UT.
The Search Engine Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Director.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase brand visibility and generate high quality leads.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across major advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Regularly generate insightful reports and provide recommendations for campaign optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure landing pages and ad creatives align with marketing objectives.
Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in search engine marketing.
Utilize HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools to manage lead generation and nurture campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective ecommerce marketing strategies, including remarketing campaigns, product listing ads (PLAs), and shopping campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing agency or a similar environment.
Strong proficiency in managing paid search campaigns across major advertising platforms (e.
g.
, Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising platforms).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) in SEM campaigns.
Extensive knowledge of keyword research and analysis tools, as well as SEM bid management tools.
Experience in landing page creation and optimization to improve user experience and drive conversions.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools for lead generation and nurturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
