Responsibilities Client service preparation (some limited phone work like reminders or scheduling the occasional appointment) Organize team schedules and tasks in Salesforce Client performance research and analysis Reporting Providing detailed prep for Director's upcoming calls Skills Works well as part of a team Very organized Detail oriented and precise Timely with fast throughput Minimum Qualifications 2
years administrative support High school diploma or GED A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred) High-level expertise with spreadsheets, word processing, and project management Google platform proficiency Type 50
WPM Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce.
