Business Systems Analyst - Retail Digital Banking New Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Salt Lake City to join our Retail Digital team to help Zions digitally transform its banking and make a real impact in our industry.

Responsibilities Incident, change, system and project management for various system functions Troubleshoot websites, applications, and user access issues Coordinate issue resolution and validation of service restored Assist in troubleshooting servers, transmissions, and firewall access issues.
Perform application troubleshooting and makes recommendations for improvements and changes.
Configure installed software on all environments, perform fine tuning and application documentation.
Application and infrastructure monitoring, coordinate with enterprise management and business unit on assigning and updating alerts.
24 X 7 On Call responsibilities for various applications.
Qualifications Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management Solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills Effective presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees Working knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, Unix, SQL, etc.
Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field, required 2
years experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc.
or other directly related experience A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Location:
This position is in the Salt Lake Valley, or a hybrid of remote/in office when new technology campus opens summer 2022 or may be remote within continental United States.
Salary Range depends on
Experience:
