9x80 The Government Property Associate Manager is responsible for all facets of Government Property.
This includes both the Property Management and Property Specialist teams.
Essential Functions:
Supervises lower level professionals and/or higher level support.
Communicates with parties inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret policies, practices, and procedures.
Makes moderate improvements to processes, systems, and solutions.
Plans and establishes operational objectives for a team with moderate impact on department results.
Understands basic management approaches and has proficient knowledge of job and related requirements.
Manages daily/weekly reporting:
pulling, reviewing and distributing to the appropriate team members.
Participates in weekly meetings with key stake holders from different organization to help improve Government Property overall.
Assists team members with issues that arise to ensure the success of the team and to meet program's deadlines and goals.
Basic Qualifcations:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Recommended Skills Property Management State Ownership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
