The Sr.
Product Manager is the business and marketing lead for a cross functional team that has responsibility for product design, product development, product marketing, marketing communications and channel development.
Specific responsibilities include managing all business and go-to-market requirements for the brand and its products including market and product definition, pricing, website design and development, collateral, channel development and sales training.
As a member of the team the Sr.
Product Manager will work closely with our product design, product development, marketing communications and sales teams to achieve our brand goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
The Sr.
Product Manager is responsible for defining and articulating the target market and product features so that our design and product development teams can design, prototype and build to specification.
Identify customer needs and market requirements.
Evaluate competitive intelligence.
Establish financial goals, timelines and key milestones.
Define product features and functions.
Develop pricing strategy.
Work with marketing and sales teams to develop launch plans and customer-facing communications strategies.
The Sr.
Product Manager is also responsible for developing and making available all product information required for internal audiences (marketing, inside sales, operations) and external audiences (field sales, channel partners, customers).
As the chief product evangelist and subject matter expert, the Sr.
Product Manager will work closely with these audiences to facilitate all market-facing communications and materials related to sales, promotions, field marketing and channel support.
Develop product data and assets for marketing/sales use.
Develop training programs and tools for inside sales, field sales and channel partners.
Participate in key account visits.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar.

years progressive experience in Product Planning/Product Marketing/Product Management.
Decorative lighting or design industry experience a plus.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Ability to assess market trends, competitive intelligence, financial data, customer needs.
High degree of competency in project management.
Demonstrated experience working on a product team.
Proactive & enthusiastic attitude toward solving challenging problems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Polished presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task among various assignments.
Recommended Skills Communication Customer Demand Planning Distribution (Business) Financial Data Analysis Industrial Polishing Lighting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
