Job Description:
The Role As the PI Delivery Enablement Chapter Leader, you blend deep knowledge of agile methodologies and significant applied experience working with agile teams, with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing associates.
You are deeply committed to improving the value delivered to our customers.
In an agile structure, you will collaborate with other leaders to establish the standards for your Chapter, influence the strategic decisions, and build solutions in your expertise.
You will directly manage a team of Chapter members who primarily work within autonomous Squads/Teams across Product Areas, but report directly to you.
You are dedicated to helping them grow and develop in their knowledge area and ensure alignment on the how of the work they perform.
You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role to empower others with that knowledge.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring oBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required oCertified Agile Leadership - Organizations (CAL-O) certification helpful, but not required o10
years of relevant leadership experience preferred oDirect experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach preferred oExperience identifying and acquiring talent, resource planning, and talent allocation across large organizations oYou excel at building relationships and networks and can maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization oYou have a proven ability to influence peers, stakeholders, and senior leaders to achieve outcomes oAbility to demonstrate genuine concern for those you lead and can prioritize their needs ahead of your own oYou strive to create an environment that champions inclusivity, a sustainable pace, psychological safety, and open and honest feedback oYou are a champion of continuous learning for yourself and others, with a consistent track record of coaching individuals to reach their maximum growth potential and deliver business results oYou are a strategic problem solver who takes a data-based and analytical approach to solving problems and making decisions oYou are a trusted advisor and change agent who fearlessly challenges the status quo, encourages an agile way of working, and breaks through constraints to achieve better outcomes, while meeting people where they are oExperience with Program and/or Portfolio Management or scaled frameworks, such as email protected , SAFe , or LeSS oIn-depth knowledge of the following Agile tools recommended:

As a Chapter Leader you will lead a group of our Associates in delivering on this vision, working in partnership with other leaders in the Domain your team supports.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
