Facilities Planning Analyst
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Planning Analyst for a contract opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT.
Responsibilities:
oPlans the utilization of space and facilities for company consistent with requirements of organizational efficiency, available facilities.
oPlan, schedule, and coordinate moves within operating departments.
oAnalyzing space to determine the department in which the space will meet the demandsoEvaluate current state and forecast space demand based upon departmental needs, both historic and current, and report how this impacts utilization rates and available spaceoTrack moves to include terminations, new hires, etc within the facilities database including updating and monitoring of databaseoCalculate space utilization rates by area and develop reportingREQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 1 year of planning experience.
Proficient in Excel.
EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
SHIFT:
9/80-1st Shift Recommended Skills Calculations Databases Forecasting Microsoft Excel Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
