Contract Profitability and Compliance Analyst

This role is an individual contributor role responsible to review, validate, review and validate financial deals for the North America division of the company.
This role will analyze the lease portfolio profitability and compliance.
Provide financial analysis for local deal types.
Supports commercial operations and field sales with data and reporting needs for managing contracts.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:

Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of BioFire Diagnostics Quality System.

Needs to be able to review complex multilayered contracts and understand interconnected business impacts.

Provide financial analysis to support customer site contract negotiations.

Ensure accuracy of financial profitability models for presentation to sales and financial leadership.

Assist with contract modifications including customer contracts that are no longer financially compliant.

Review and approve requests to return company owned leased instruments.

Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting as defined by the business.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Verify the accuracy of customer pricing.

Assist the sales team with conducting business reviews and making necessary adjustments.

Work with the Sales and CSO organizations to include service/maintenance into the negotiated contracts.

Analyze historical results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and design financial models.

Work closely with the contracts and Sales team to help drive contract compliance.

Assist sales team on the company leasing options and requirements.

Supports efforts to improve data accuracy and availability.

Continuously drives reporting accuracy improvements.

Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed, delivering data-based insights that drive decisions.

Assist with internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field required
MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
ERP experience, SAP preferred.

CRM, Sales Force preferred.

BI tools, Tableau preferred.
