This position will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with GAAP, IAS, and other accounting standards.
Duties:
- Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance to the company - Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth - Ensure compliance with GAAP, IAS, and other accounting standards - Oversee tax accounting and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations - Implement COSO framework to ensure effective internal controls - Manage expenses and develop strategies to reduce costs - Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support business objectives - Oversee revenue cycle management to ensure timely collection of payments - Manage governmental accounting requirements
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred - CPA certification required - 10
years of experience in financial management roles, including experience as a Controller or equivalent position - Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP, IAS, and other accounting standards - Experience with tax accounting and compliance - Financial management experience in a publicly traded organization - Strong expense management skills - Experience with forensic accounting - Experience with revenue cycle management - Experience with governmental accounting requirements We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
