oMust exhibit a knowledge of Safety standards and practices, ensuring that each shift ends with no preventable workplace accidentsoMust possess and demonstrate knowledge of Food Safety, Quality and GMPs as it pertains to personal and manufacturing practices ensuring minimum risk of contaminationoPossess and demonstrate knowledge of internal systems and processesoAbility to follow direction and use critical thinking to achieve goalsoMust work well in a collaborative and multi-cultural, team-oriented environmentoAdaptability/flexibility to changing priorities is imperative as well as the ability to act/react in real timeoPIV certified on all position required vehicles and maintain certificationoResults driven and proactive with ability to own and execute area of responsibility with excellenceoMust possess basic English to receive direction, read & comprehend instructions, SOPs, safety requirements and policies/proceduresRequired Language Skills:
Basic English proficiency required to comprehend, read and follow instructions and work orders, maintain records and logs as assigned so that thorough and accurate documentation exist for inquires, audits and reports Recommended Skills Adaptability Auditing Critical Thinking Diversity Awareness English Environmental Protection Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
