Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Assembler to oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the assigned production line.
As the Lead Assembler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the team, delegating tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.

Key Roles And
Responsibilities:
Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to the guidelines and rules for working in the cleanroom.
Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the assigned production line by coordinating the team, delegating tasks, and managing junior personnel.
Take charge of the onboarding and training of new employees to maintain a skilled and efficient workforce.
Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to ensure daily/shift production goals are met efficiently.
Ensure that production processes consistently meet quality standards to deliver products of the highest caliber.
Supply workers with necessary materials and verify the presence of correct materials for smooth operations.
Ensure employees return to their positions on time after breaks and lunch during startup and manage relief staff as needed.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changes in duties, workflow, and priorities as required in a dynamic production environment.
Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet production demands.
Strong communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with team members.
Exceptional attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time during production hours.
Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
