As a Production Lead, you will be at the forefront of our production operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your leadership skills will play a critical role in leading and coordinating production teams, meeting production targets, and maintaining our high-quality standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Collaborate with the Production Shift Supervisor to plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
Train and onboard new production team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
Provide constructive feedback to team members, recognizing and rewarding achievements.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately, and prepare reports for management review.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions, coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
High school diploma is required with previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
