The right individual must have general construction experience and be an all around great handy man! Must be self motivated and efficient.
Must be proficient in drywall, mud/tape, Finish trim, and painting.
other skills such as basic plumbing and framing are a benefit and will be desirable.
Qualified individuals must have good communication skills and be able to manage their time as well as direct others.
