Call Center Manager Job Purpose:
The Community Relations Representative plays a crucial role in converting an identified merchant to participate in local, city, or statewide Things to Do digital marketing campaigns championed by our clients.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Call potential merchants by telephone in order to verify information and to ensure smooth onboarding into Bandwango's Merchant Portal.
Update and maintain merchant information in the Bandwango CRM.
Ensure that obstacles during the onboarding process are handled, either directly or by bringing to the attention of management.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Assist with administrative tasks, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must exhibit a strong passion for helping others through exceptional customer service.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Actively listen and maintain a professional phone voice.
High school diploma or equivalent, prior call center or customer service role is preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to read from scripts.
Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Team player with a friendly attitude.
Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to walk and sit.
The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
