Great Office, Great Team and Great Energy! We are seeking an Estimator for Commercial Roofing Systems, with 1-2 years experience.
The ideal candidate should have the following capabilities, but are not limited to:
Ability to read plans and specifications both in hard copy and digital formats Understand commercial roof system designs to include; ModBit, TPO, PVC, EPDM, Metal and coatings.
Flat and Steep Sloped Roofs.
Ability to create Schedules of Value and be able to track project performance and initiate recovery efforts when delays or change orders dictate Regularly communicate with management regarding all assigned projects Effective communication with GCs, Owners Project Managers and D7 Team This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
