In this role, you'll support the Regional Recruiter with recruitment duties and ensure that all recruitment procedures run smoothly.
To be a successful recruitment assistant, you should have excellent organizational skills.
Ultimately, a top-notch recruitment assistant should be able to communicate effectively with interviewees and display a calm demeanor.
Responsibilities Conduct phone, virtual and/or in-person interviews.
Schedule interviews for regional recruiting team.
Maintain candidate spreadsheet.
Consult with Store Leaders about staffing needs and specific objectives of their store.
Undertake clerical duties (answering emails, calls, & text messages, updating store tracking data).
Coordinate with and inform RR of hiring activities (job fairs, chamber of commerce events).
Schedule team member refreshers and orientations.
Visit locations in the region.

Requirements Recruitment Assistant or another recruiting-related role (preferred, but not required) Knowledge of Quick Quack Car Wash's team member responsibilities, mission, vision, and values Knowledge of hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment) (preferred, but not required) Work independently and as part of a team Organizational and time management skills Attention to detail Prioritize and complete projects within a deadline Communication skills Problem-solving ability Be available to work morning shifts 20hrs a week (M-F) Job Type:
