Material counts Material delivered Company property ? Clean/protect any company-provided equipment ? Promptly inform if the equipment is damaged or lost ? Lend equipment out only with permission of Production Manager Primary Job Site Duties Jobsite Safety Assist in administering Safety meetings on-site at every job once a week as needed ? 15-minute safety inspection per job visited Scaffolding set correctly with all parts and pieces in place ? Scaffolding tags correctly placed and labeled/signed Installers have the proper equipment and are using it Vacuums (we will need to invest to make this a possibility) Good Cords Proper PPE being worn Issues by other trades that will affect us Document safety inspections in Daily Log Material management Counts of material made promptly after delivery and accounted for in Daily Log Count as directed by Field Manager Material counts are reported back to estimators via Daily Log to ensure takeoffs are being managed correctly and material is being used in correct locations Material is organized on-site and protected to maximize usage Move material on site with a forklift as necessary according to needs of Field Manager Run extra material to installers at the request of Field Manager As needed, assist in trash pickup Help identify trades who are not cleaning their trash Plan and Product Study Study weekly material/product assignment and report back to Production Manager Quality Control As time is available, assist Field Manager in the quality control process Document via BuilderTrend as instructed Job Type:
