Market Center Administrator
The Market Center Administrator MCA acts as the OperationsOffice Manager and Account Administrator.
MCA is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Market Center.
MCA leads staff in designing and implementing powerful support and operational systems with a focus on creating a first class experience for agents.
MCA owns Market Center profitability and impacts revenue growth via gaining market share.
This role reports to the Team Leader CEO and Owner.
Implement full charge bookkeeping AR and AP.
Complete daily assessment of company dollar weekly soft closes and monthly closing of the books.
Oversee rapid turnaround of commission disbursement by utilizing your compliance team.
Oversee purchasing supplies and equipment and cost optimizing.
Seek to find ways to reduce overhead and negotiate better rates and prices.
Protect agent retention by supporting agents growth in production providing ease and efficiency in the commission process and offering clear and service driven communication rooted in consistent reinforcement of our value proposition.
Help to project monthly company KPIs.
Regularly communicate actual numbers.
Support team in identifying solutions to identify and correct the gap of goal misalignment.
Manage payroll hiring and leadership of operations staff Ensure professional appearance of all physical facilities.
Minimum years of industry financial administrative operations andor management experience Full charge bookkeeper Strong written and verbal communication skills Responsive and detail oriented Exceptional computer and systems skills Ability to execute key initiatives efficiently while balancing daily responsibilities Strong interpersonal communication skills Collaborative team player capable of being self sufficient and self directed Solution oriented and able to remain calm in high pressure situations Benefits Physical setting Schedule Supplemental pay types.
