Beans & Brews Coffee House is now hiring full time Assistant Managers.
We are searching for enthusiastic, motivated and responsible people that have a love for coffee, working with people, and would like to pursue a career in management with Beans & Brews.
The Assistant Manager must assist staff and support upper management with training, implementing and assessing Beans & Brews policies and procedures within the Coffee House.
Responsibilities:
Beans & Brews Assistant Managers are expected to meet the requirements and perform the duties of a Beans & Brews Barista, and Shift Leader.
The Assistant Manager position requires a positive, friendly and confident personality with strong leadership, training and communication skills.
Beans & Brews Assistant Managers must be able to effectively manage people and resolve guest and employee questions and concerns.
Assistant Managers must be skilled in cash management and prioritization skills.
The Assistant Manager must be a professional representative of Beans & Brews Coffee House setting the example for their staff.
Qualifications:
Applicants must enjoy working with the public, and have a friendly, outgoing personality.
Retail and/or customer service experience as well as leadership experience is necessary.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
