The Director of Operations is an executive level individual who will work side by side with the team CEO.
The ideal candidate is a master of systems someone who will consistently seek new innovative and efficient business processes that save time money and enhance the customer experience.
As a key leader on the team the Director of Operations will increase the ability of the team to process transactions freeing the sales agents to focus more on generating transactions than closing them.
This person relishes the opportunity to build implement and manage multiple systems and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems.
This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization.
This individual will have the ability to show patience in finding a solution though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process.
The Director of Operations is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success and to growing their own skills and developing into an accomplished leader on the administrative side of the organization.
As the success of the business grows this individual will be responsible for hiring training and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the teams business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.
This role reports to the CEO in Salt Lake City UT.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
