Tier One Real Estate is looking for a Property Manager to work in our fastpaced Real Estate Brokerage located at East South in Salt Lake City.
This position is responsible for Property Management and account acquisition.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of years experience in residential property management a Utah Real Estate license and a friendly professional attitude.
We dont just manage properties we work to improve the lives of residents and real estate investors through property management solutions.
We are looking for someone to join our team who wants more than just a JOB we want a person looking for purpose in their carrier and vocation.
Conducting walkthroughs and property inspections Tenant correspondence including letters and notices Use of Propertyware property management software Maintaining files Coordinating resident moveinsouts and the makeready process on vacant homes Driving is required and reimbursed A very strong moral ethical foundation integrity Minimum years experience in property management or real estate sales Possession of or the capability to acquire a Utah Real Estate license Professional appearance Ability to work hard very hard Fun and likeable personality Desire to hustle and close the deal High degree of selfconfidence tempered by humility Strong attention to detail and organization Strong communication skills and ability to be articulate Negotiating and problemsolving skills Bilingual Spanish a plus Base salary based on experience PLUS commission Reduced real estate transaction fees Flexible schedulehours Real Estate coaching and training.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
