Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative Ideal candidates will perform the following duties Receive and process customer orders by phone fax and email Assists management with new hire training Ensure calls are answered in a timely manner Be aware at all times of any customer calls in queue Perform outbound call programs Maintain knowledge of products Recommend items to customers based on their needs Track and research package issues for customers Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint Work overtime during the peak sales season there will be required overtime work some weeks exceeding hrs week Participates in monthly and weekly team meetings Customer Service Data Entry.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
