Associate Attorney (Real Estate)

Kirton McConkie a large law firm has an exciting employment opportunity for an associate attorney to work in its real estate practice group.
Qualified candidates need two to five years of broad experience in commercial real estate and land use planning issues including the acquisition disposition development management and leasing of residential agricultural commercial and industrial properties.
Experience with environmental natural resources water and corporate law would be helpful.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials demonstrate a commitment to ethics be highly motivated and hardworking be a good communicator and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to become a member of the Utah Bar.
If not currently a member of the Utah Bar applicants must be a member of the bar of another state in the U.
S.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
