As the PorterMaintenance Turn Technician you will work with our Managers and Maintenance Supervisors to service our Salt Lake City Metro ApartmentTownhome Communities approx.
Units across six communities.
In your role asPorteryou will work with the Maintenance Team on the upkeep of the grounds amenities building exteriors tour path parking lots and other areas of the assigned properties to maximize the properties marketingcurb appeal and provide the highest level of customer service.
In your role asMaintenance Turn Technician you will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with basic maintenance tasks as needed and in the preparation of apartments for movein.
