Greet people entering the establishment Answer phones and direct calls Set up consultations between potential clients and the attorneys Set up mediations and organize the participants Data entry and keeping track of statistics for the law firm Set up new files and interface with the paralegals on new cases Provide general assistance to all clients and staff Act as liaison for vendors Keep the law firm organized neat and professional Excellent communication skills Good computer skills and facility with technology Shows initiative Well organized Customer Service skills Can problem solve and think quickly Some experience answering phones Some experience in customer service Benefits After sixty days of employment the firm will pay of the single persons premium for health insurance and after one year the firm will match up to in IRA contributions and provides a Health Reimbursement Account.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
