The Senior Product Marketing manager is essential to that mission.
Deseret Book Company is looking for someone to developimplementand execute product marketing strategies forbook productsand manage a team of marketers focused on film music and lifestyle products created with members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints in mind.
TheSenior Product MarketingManagerinfluences products in the development stage owns the marketing launch and oversees the marketing life cycle of each product in each category.
TheSenior Product MarketingManageralsodevelops social media content strategy for all product releases and the Deseret Book brand in conjunction with the Audience Development team.
This role will also supportthe Executive Director of Product Marketing on various projects and initiatives.
A successful Senior Product Marketing Manager will have familiarity with and affinity for Latterday Saint life and culture and a respect for the diverse backgrounds and views of members of the Church.
This person will also be an efficient at managing multiple concurrent projects communicating effectively and succinctly and leading confidently.
Direct Reports Marketing Manager Music and Film Marketing Coordinator Lifestyle Product Video Production Coordinator Major Tasks Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development and Execution.
Research and analyze market trends to develop efficient and effective marketing strategies.
Execute those plans by working with channel managers media buyers and other team members in a collaborative and cooperative environment.
Manage marketinglife cycle for all products within assigned categories analyze sales performance and adjust accordingly.
Meet withinternal product developers and external product creators.
Team Management.
LeadProduct Marketingteam to success through strategictasks andinitiatives.
Mentor team in professional development.
Social Media Content Strategy.
Develop the social media content strategy for Deseret Books product lineup and retail brand focusing on but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
Work with the Audience Development Team to implement that strategy across channels.
