Marketing Specialist - Graduate Programs (PRN31531B)

We are looking for a marketing specialist with sharp account management skills to join our Marketing Communications team at the David Eccles School of Business.
You will create marketing campaigns and execute on marketing tactics including advertising web content initiatives public promotion and account management of important accounts at the Eccles School.
As a marketing specialist and account manager to our graduate programs in business you will execute on marketing and advertising strategies to increase program awareness applications engagement and enrollments.
You will work closely with program directors and staff be well aware of enrollment or engagement goals and how applicants are moving down the funnel and proactively offer marketing recommendations to help reach enrollment and engagement goals.
Additionally you will use data to discover target audiences create appropriate messaging and develop program collateral.
You also will be tasked with proactively ideating and executing on marketing materials for events and enrollment dates with enough lead time to ensure enrollment or engagement goals are met.
Ultimately you will oversee all the marketing and communications for these programs to ensure marketing strategy is being successfully executed the programs are ontrack to meet enrollment and engagement goals and enrollments andor engagements are growing as directed by the leadership of the Eccles School.
General Duties Designs coordinates and executes a wide range of communications.
Performs a variety of writing design and marketing tasks while using good judgment and strong interpersonal skills to plan and execute communications strategies.
Utilizes traditional and digital publishing technologies to produce communications that implement project objectives.

Essential Functions Account management with the programs to report on marketing initiatives and check in on goals.
Creating and executing on marketing strategies for each program.
Maintain marketing collateral and websites for each program.
Analyzing data from marketing campaigns and program applications.
Writing reports for senior managers clients and partner organizations.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications department and other key stakeholders to concept campaigns and project ideas.

Bachelors degree English Journalism Communications or related field plus years of related experience or equivalency excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills familiarity with a variety of computer software project management and strong interpersonal skills ability to work both individually and in a team setting.
Some areas may require additional experience with specific computer systems and may require skills in interviewing ad copy writing editing photography web writing graphic design audio video production and oral presentation.
Masters degree in a related field may be preferred.
