The role of the Leasing Agent is to assist Property Manager andor the Assistant Property Manager in all aspects and areas of the property with daytoday functions including marketing leasing application processing resident relations and adhering to the EMG Employee Manual.
A floating position requires that you work at many different property locations from day to day and week to week and that you are able to work in diverse environments sometimes with little instruction.
It is required the employee have reliable transportation.
Mileage reimbursement is available.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
