NCCCO has an immediate opening for a Marketing Assistant position in our Murray Utah office.
This position will contribute the efforts of the Marketing Department in to support company goals including assisting with creating and disseminating information via various platforms online and print increasing store sales and tracking performance.
Marketing assistant reports to the Director of Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to General Marketing and Marketing Database Management Provide input on company messaging and campaign development Draft Social Media messaging Create and maintain marketing publication calendar and associated tracking of publications Track and provide reporting on messaging Assist with newsletter development and distribution Training Provider TP Listing and Recognition Program Process TP Listing applications Communicate with TPs regarding trademark use Create and email TP Certificates of Recognition Maintain TP tracking Website Process applications for directory inclusion Assist in reviewing and creating content CertificantRecertificant Recognition Program Process recertificant recognition notifications Process Crane Inspector Directory and logo use applications Employer Recognition Program Review applications and maintain database Email renewal notification packets NCCCO MerchandiseStore Approve orders placed for recertificant recognition merchandise Process orders for products sold through CCO Store Maintain associated store related tracking and reporting Other duties as assigned.
Education andor Experience Associates Degree in Marketing or related field OR equivalent and relevant experience in an office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills verbal and written Excellent computer skills Database Applications social media Dynamics CRM bonus Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask Customer focused Attention to detail Critical thinking skills Professionalism both in dress and action Ability to work in a fastpaced environment independently Willingness to learn the industry Passion or knowledge of the crane and cranerelated industries is a plus.
